Siret is a really
impoverished town
and suffers from
extremely high
unemployment.
The social problems
arising from this
only serve to
exacerbate the
difficulties which
exist when looking
after institutionalised
young people.

No social infrastructure was in place to help rehabilitate those who spent many years living in the institution. As a result, the Charity decided to embark on a program of care and support for those who suffered a life of deprivation, abuse and institutionalisation.
